The BillingHub will provide web-based training to its customers. A combination of pre-recorded videos and live sessions will be offered for this training. The videos will be provided by jBilling’s company, while the live sessions will be conducted by BillingHub’s Techno Functional expert to answer any questions you may have.

User Training

You will learn how to use all of the current features of jBilling, so that you can use it successfully on a day to day basis. Your billing, accounting, and customer service staff will benefit greatly from this training.

Administrator Training

There is no doubt that the billing system administrator plays a key role within your company. For administrators, we offer additional training so that they can be able to configure the parameters of jBilling without any problems. This will enable them to keep up with your business, in addition to answering any questions that your staff may have.
